CRUISE ORIGIN
SHARED AUTONOMOUS VEHICLE
The Cruise Origin is a fully autonomous, driverless vehicle defining the future of transportation with benefits that span safety to accessibility. Designed and built for ride-sharing, the Origin is the result of partnership and collaboration between Cruise, General Motors, and Honda Japan and brings forward innovation through cutting edge software and hardware designed to help move more people around the world.
The colors and materials prioritize innovation and sustainability. Durable materials, made for high wear yet comfort and ease of use and service. Performance materials with minimal weight for mass savings, enabling longer battery and vehicle life.
The interior features a first to market flat load flooring, made of anti-slip post-industrial recycled content. Soft textiles are designed with post industrial recycled and are anti-microbial and anti-bacterial, ideal for ride-share.
A solid white body color enables optimal performance of radar and lidar. The signature Presidio Orange signals moments of engagement, whether on the app or in-ride safety touch points.
